As a mom to a lively 2-year-old, Chelsea understands that your relationship with fitness and health can ebb and flow through life. She recognizes the importance of discovering a sustainable and fulfilling balance between self-care and enjoying life to its fullest potential!
Chelsea delights in movements that bring her joy, particularly weight lifting, running, and boxing. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading, experimenting with new recipes, staying updated on the latest exercise science, and playing with her little girl.
