Weightlifting plays a significant role in her life and fitness regimen—she relishes the self-discipline, sacrifice, and motivation it fosters, qualities that seamlessly extend into other areas of her life.

Fitness has played a significant role in Ryan's life since he was 15, imparting valuable lessons along the way. He thrives on the daily challenge of pushing his limits in the gym, while also taking joy in witnessing the progress of others.
